Canalith repositioning (Epley maneuver, etc)
- Manual therapy
- Balance, coordination, and postural training
- Fall recovery training
- Motion sensitivity training

Hi, I'm Ginger!
I became a physical therapist because I wanted to help people reach their movement goals. This includes dizziness and balance! If we're dizzy or have poor balance, it affects every part of our life.

As a dancer, I understand balance better than anyone. And I've had specialized training to be able to better help my clients overcome their balance and dizziness challenges.
Why am I dizzy?
What if that doesn't sound like my dizziness?
That's okay!
There are many reasons why you might be dizzy. That's why I'm here!

I've had specialized training to help you determine the source of your dizziness. If it's something I can help you with, we'll work together to design a treatment plan that works for you.
If it's something that requires another type of provider, I'll be completely honest with you and help you find a provider who can help.

My goal is to get you out of bed and back to feeling like yourself again, no matter what!

If you're not sure if physical therapy is going to help with your dizziness, I encourage you to give me a call so we can chat about your options!
