Starting with a brief warm-up, we'll delve into a relaxing full-body stretch session, focusing on areas important for dancers and dance teachers.

During this informational session, you'll learn some detailed info on how to rest and recover after high-intensity training or performance/competition seasons (great info for students as well!).
Mon, June 27th
Keep yourself in-shape and ramp up for the school year! You will learn important strength and conditioning exercises using body-weight and light resistance. Conditioning sessions will continue through the month of August on a drop-in basis, but these 2 sessions are free for everyone!
